# Milkyway's controlling shareholders plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 4.02%

According to the announcement from Milkyway (603713.SH), the actual controller and controlling shareholder Mr. Chen Yinhai plans to reduce his holdings in the company by no more than 2.3718 million shares through block trading and centralized bidding, which accounts for no more than 1.50% of the company's total share capital, within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement.
