# ZJBC: President and Chief Financial Officer resigns, new executive appointed

ZJBC announced that the board of directors recently received a resignation letter from President and Chief Financial Officer Li Pengyu due to personal reasons. The resignation will take effect upon delivery to the board, and he will no longer hold any positions in the company or its subsidiaries after resigning, with no shares held and no unfulfilled commitments. On the 25th, the company's ninth board of directors held its sixth meeting and approved the appointment proposal, agreeing to appoint Wu Ying as President and Jia Zhongwei as Chief Financial Officer, with a term until the end of the ninth board's term. Wu Ying has extensive experience and indirectly holds 17.98 million shares; Jia Zhongwei has held financial positions in multiple companies, holds no shares, and both meet the qualifications for their positions
