# GUANGSHEN RAIL suggested appointing Zhong Ning as a non-executive director

According to the announcement from the Zhitong Finance APP, Guangshen Railway Co., Ltd. (00525) has received a written notice from its controlling shareholder, China Railway Guangzhou Bureau Group Co., Ltd., which holds approximately 37.12% of the company's issued share capital, proposing to recommend Ms. Zhong Ning to serve as a non-executive director of the company's tenth board of directors. The board nomination committee reviewed the above-mentioned candidate and made a recommendation to the board. Based on the nomination suggestion from the board nomination committee, the board resolved to recommend Ms. Zhong as a non-executive director of the tenth board of directors
