BRANDMAX announced that the shareholding reduction plan of its shareholder Shangrui Group expired on September 25, 2025. During this period, it reduced its holdings by 4.2425 million shares through block trading on September 9, 2025, at an average reduction price of 10.32 yuan per share, accounting for 1.00% of the company's total share capital. The previously disclosed plan aimed to reduce no more than 8.4851 million shares, or 2.00%. After the reduction, Shangrui Group holds 21.9475 million shares, accounting for 5.17%, and remains a shareholder with more than 5% ownership
