# HONGYUAN granted 4.3382 million restricted shares to 193 incentive recipients

According to the announcement from HONGYUAN (603185.SH), the company has stated that based on the provisions of the "HONGYUAN Green Energy Co., Ltd. 2025 Restricted Stock Incentive Plan (Draft)" and the authorization from the company's first extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2025, the board of directors believes that the granting conditions stipulated in the 2025 restricted stock incentive plan have been met. It has been agreed to set September 25, 2025, as the grant date, granting 4.3382 million shares of restricted stock to 193 incentive recipients at a grant price of 11.61 yuan per share
