# MAXVISION: Employee stock ownership platform plans to reduce holdings by 3% within 3 months

MAXVISION announced that its shareholder Zhoushan Intelligent Human Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership holds 10.6013 million shares, accounting for 4.06%; Zhoushan Cloud Wisdom Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership holds 8.4775 million shares, accounting for 3.24%. The two platforms plan to reduce their holdings by a total of no more than 7.8383 million shares, or no more than 3% of the company's total share capital, within three months after the disclosure of this announcement, starting from 15 trading days thereafter, through centralized bidding or block trading. In any consecutive 90 calendar days, the total reduction through centralized bidding shall not exceed 1%, and the total reduction through block trading shall not exceed 2%
