FASTPRINT announced that the controlling shareholder, actual controller, chairman, and general manager Qiu Xingya reduced his holdings by a total of 9.9639 million shares through centralized bidding from August 5 to September 22, 2025, accounting for 0.5871% of the total share capital after excluding repurchased shares, with an average reduction price ranging from 17.15 yuan/share to 23.95 yuan/share. The reduction plan has been completed; he currently holds 234 million shares, accounting for 13.8111%
