# EBJB: Jiading Jianye and Jiading Ketiang plan to collectively reduce their holdings by no more than 1% of shares

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, EBJB (600622.SH) has recently received a notification letter from Jiading Jianye and Jiading Keti regarding their plan to reduce their holdings in the company. Due to their own funding needs, within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement, Jiading Jianye and Jiading Keti plan to reduce their holdings in the company by no more than 14.9969 million shares through centralized bidding, with a total reduction ratio not exceeding 1% of the company's total share capital
