# Kingsino: Changes in the equity of the controlling shareholder reach multiples of 1%

Kingsino announced that its controlling shareholder, Guangzhou Jinong Industrial Investment Partnership, reduced its holdings by 556,200 shares through centralized bidding on September 24, 2025, resulting in its shareholding ratio changing from 32.2750% to 31.3552%, with the equity change reaching an integer multiple of 1%. Before this reduction, Kingsino had a total share capital of 805 million shares; after the reduction, the total share capital increased to 828 million shares. The number of shares held by Jinong Industrial Investment decreased from 260 million shares to 260 million shares. This equity change will not lead to a change in the company's control
