> GIANT BIOGENE announced that its controlling shareholder Juzi Holding will increase its holdings by 1.15 million shares on September 24 and 25, 2025, with an investment amount of approximately HKD 62.9 million, raising its shareholding ratio to 54.47%. Juzi Holding may continue to increase its shareholding based on its confidence in the company's future development

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, GIANT BIOGENE (02367) announced that the company's board of directors received a notification from its controlling shareholder Juzi Holding Co., Ltd. (Juzi Holding). Based on strong confidence in the company's future development and to promote the company's continuous, stable, and healthy growth while safeguarding the interests of the broad public investors, Juzi Holding purchased a total of 1.15 million shares of the company on the market on September 24 and September 25, 2025, with a total investment amount of approximately HKD 62.9 million (excluding commissions and other expenses).

Following today's increase, as of the date of this announcement, Juzi Holding holds a total of 583 million shares of the company, accounting for 54.47% of the company's total issued shares. Juzi Holding may further increase its shareholding in the company from time to time based on market conditions and applicable regulatory requirements
