According to the Zhitong Finance APP, JLQ (301586.SZ) announced that its shareholders Xi'an Modern, Mingrui No. 1, and Mingrui No. 2 plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by a total of no more than 2.4893 million shares (accounting for no more than 3.0000% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding and block trading from October 25, 2025, to January 24, 2026
