# Zhongxing BioTech plans to launch a stock option incentive plan for 14.375 million shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Zhongxing BioTech (002772.SZ) disclosed the draft of the 2025 stock option incentive plan, proposing to grant a total of 14.375 million stock options to the incentive recipients, accounting for approximately 3.66% of the company's total share capital at the time of the announcement of the incentive plan draft. Among them, 11.5 million options will be granted initially, with a total of 17 recipients for the initial grant, and the exercise price is set at 6.87 yuan per share
