According to the Zhitong Finance APP, OCEAN'S KING (002724.SZ) disclosed the draft of the 2025 restricted stock incentive plan, proposing to grant a total of 3,978,052 restricted stocks to the incentive recipients, accounting for approximately 0.52% of the company's total equity at the time of the announcement of this incentive plan draft. This incentive plan is a one-time grant with no reserved rights. A total of 8 individuals are proposed to be granted, with a grant price of 3.72 yuan per share
