# Defu Technology: Shareholders plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 0.13% of the company's shares

Defu Technology announced that the company's controlling shareholder, actual controller, and director Ma Ke plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 803,040 shares, accounting for 0.13% of the company's total share capital; directors and senior executives Jiang Yang, Jin Rongtao, and Gong Kaikai plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 3,325 shares, 8,750 shares, and 4,130 shares, respectively. The reason for the reduction is personal funding needs, the method of reduction is centralized bidding trading, and the reduction period is within three months after 15 trading days from the announcement date
