# GPTY: 40.38 million shares of the company held by the controlling shareholder will be auctioned, with a starting price of 93.83 million yuan

On the evening of September 25th, GPTY announced that recently, the company learned through its controlling shareholder, GPTY Group, that due to the execution of a case, the People's Court of Binhu District, Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, will conduct the first public auction of 40.38 million unrestricted circulating shares of GPTY held by GPTY Group on the JD Judicial Auction online platform from 10:00 on October 27, 2025, to 10:00 on October 28, 2025, with a starting price of 93.83 million yuan and a bidding increment of 150,000 yuan
