According to the Zhitong Finance APP, VONESEALS (301161.SZ) announced that its shareholder Shanghai Fangyi Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Shanghai Fangyi") plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 1.2 million shares, or no more than 1% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement
