HONOTO announced that its controlling shareholder and actual controller's concerted actor, Taizhou Tongju, will reduce its holdings by 1.9 million shares through block trading from September 22, 2025, to September 24, 2025, at an average reduction price of 182.02 yuan, with a price range of 182 yuan/share to 184.01 yuan/share, accounting for 1.73% of the total share capital at that time; after the reduction, it will hold 1.7352 million shares, accounting for 1.58% of the current total share capital. This reduction plan has been fully implemented
