# EMPEROR CULTURE announced its annual performance, with a net loss of approximately HKD 142 million, narrowing by 80.19% year-on-year

According to the news from Zhitong Finance APP, Emperor Culture (00491) announced its annual performance for the year ending June 30, 2025, with revenue of approximately HKD 481 million, a year-on-year decrease of 2.81%; a net loss of approximately HKD 142 million, a year-on-year narrowing of 80.19%; and a basic loss per share of HKD 0.04.

The announcement stated that the reduction in loss was mainly due to a significant decrease in impairment provisions to HKD 29.8 million (2024: HKD 430.5 million), as well as the group's implementation of effective cost control measures
