The pressure to stabilize growth and employment remains constant, and structural employment contradictions are becoming increasingly prominent. General Secretary Xi Jinping attaches great importance to this issue and has made a series of important instructions, particularly during the 14th collective study session of the Central Political Bureau on May 27 last year, where he delivered an important speech that provides fundamental guidance for employment work under the new circumstances.
