> Moore Threads plans to accept the review of the Sci-Tech Innovation Board Listing Committee on September 26. This week, several listed companies responded regarding their shareholding situation, including ST Huatong holding approximately 0.35806%, ITG holding 0.67%, Vanward holding 0.4664%, Septwolves not directly investing, Richful participating indirectly, Heertai holding 1.0262%, and Jingcheng Electromechanical's controlling shareholder holding approximately 0.0229% indirectly, with a subsidiary of Zhongtian Technology holding equity

The Shanghai Stock Exchange announced that Moore Threads plans to accept the review of the Sci-Tech Innovation Board Listing Committee on September 26. Since this week, several listed companies have responded regarding their shareholding situations:

ST Huatong: Indirectly invested in Moore Threads, holding approximately 0.35806% of shares, with no significant impact on performance.

Xiamen ITG: Participated in an investment fund holding 0.67% of Moore Threads' shares.

Vanward: Does not directly hold shares in Moore Threads, but a participating fund holds 0.4664% equity.

Septwolves: The company has not invested in Moore Threads or Yushu Technology; the parent company indirectly holds a portion of the equity in Moore Threads and Yushu Technology.

Richful: Indirectly participated in the investment in Moore Threads.

Honglida: Indirectly holds approximately 0.3% of Moore Threads' shares.
