# DOCTOR completed the cancellation of 8,736 stock options, and the capital structure remains unchanged

On August 26, 2025, Doctor Group Co., Ltd. held the 15th meeting of the 5th Board of Directors and the 13th meeting of the 5th Supervisory Board, reviewing and approving the proposal to cancel the unexercised stock options from the third exercise period of the restricted stock and stock option incentive plan granted for the first time in 2021. Since the third exercise period for the stock options granted for the first time in this incentive plan expired on June 27, 2025, the company has canceled 8,736 expired unexercised stock options. As of now, the cancellation of the aforementioned stock options has been completed after review and confirmation by the Shenzhen Branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited, and this cancellation does not affect the company's share capital, and its capital structure has not changed
