# ANHUI XINBO ALUMINUM has added a bank credit guarantee of 30 million for its subsidiary

Recently, Anhui Xinbo Aluminum Co., Ltd. announced that it has provided a maximum joint liability guarantee for the 30 million yuan working capital loan applied by its subsidiary Anhui Xinbo New Energy Vehicle Parts Co., Ltd. to the Chuzhou Branch of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Co., Ltd. The "Maximum Guarantee Contract" has been signed. As of the announcement date, the company's guarantee balance for Xinbo New Energy is 682.5563 million yuan, and the guarantee balance for all subsidiaries is 3.4656287 billion yuan. Xinbo New Energy has a good credit rating, with total assets of 1.6145488 billion yuan and a net profit of 4.7227 million yuan in the first half of the year as of June 30, 2025. The company's board of directors believes that this guarantee will help the subsidiary broaden its financing channels, and the risks are controllable. The company and its subsidiaries have no overdue external guarantee situations
