TianTong Co., Ltd. released a progress announcement regarding the guarantee provided for its holding subsidiary TianTong KaiLi Technology Co., Ltd. The company recently signed a "Maximum Guarantee Contract" with CITIC Bank Haining Branch, providing a joint liability guarantee for TianTong KaiLi's credit business not exceeding 100 million yuan, with a term from 2025 to 2028. TianTong KaiLi is a wholly-owned subsidiary of TianTong Co., Ltd., and its operating conditions are stable. This guarantee is within the company's authorized guarantee limit for the year 2025 and meets the overall operational development needs of the company. As of the announcement date, the company has a guarantee balance of 500 million yuan for its subsidiaries, accounting for 6.27% of the audited net assets attributable to the parent company for the year 2024, with no overdue guarantee situations
