On September 26th, TZTEK announced that the company held the 21st meeting of the fourth board of directors on the same day, during which it reviewed and approved the "Proposal on the Appointment of Vice General Managers." After the qualification review by the board of directors' nomination committee, the board agreed to appoint Huang Luan and Zhou Ming as vice general managers of the company, with a term starting from the date of approval by this board meeting until the end of the fourth board of directors' term
