Hangzhou XZB Technology Co., Ltd. announced that the actual controller Ms. Hu Xin and her concerted actors Mr. Yao Guoxing and Ms. Xu Fang reduced their holdings of the company's shares by 627,700 shares through centralized bidding transactions from September 19 to 25, 2025. Their combined shareholding ratio decreased from 54.42% to 53.96%, reaching the 1% threshold. This reduction is in fulfillment of the previously disclosed plan, does not trigger a tender offer, does not violate relevant commitments, and will not lead to a change in the company's controlling rights or have a significant impact on operations.
