# HAILIANG plans to issue H shares and list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange

According to the announcement from HAILIANG (002203.SZ), in line with the company's overall development strategy and operational needs, to further promote its globalization strategy, enhance the company's international image and comprehensive competitiveness, and strengthen connections with overseas capital markets, the company plans to issue shares (H shares) overseas and list on the main board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Hong Kong Stock Exchange"). As of now, the company is planning to discuss relevant work related to this H share issuance and listing with relevant intermediary institutions, and the details have not yet been finalized
