Recently, the company provided a joint liability guarantee of 38 million yuan for the "Financial Leasing Contract" signed between Tiancheng Lithium Industry and Zhejiang Yinjin Leasing, with the actual guarantee balance reaching 130 million yuan. As of the announcement date, the total amount of external guarantees provided by the listed company and its holding subsidiaries is 806.83 million yuan, accounting for 131.37% of the most recent audited net assets, and there are no overdue external guarantees. This guarantee has been approved by the company's board of directors and shareholders' meeting, aiming to meet the daily production and operational needs of the subsidiary, with controllable guarantee risks
