WBTL's HKD 50 million idle fundraising investment matures, recovering principal and HKD 138,100 in earnings

Wuhu Bertli Automotive Safety Systems Co., Ltd. announced that in July 2025, a relevant meeting approved the proposal to use no more than 130 million yuan of idle raised funds for cash management, with a term not exceeding 12 months, which can be rolled over, and the principal will be returned to a designated account upon maturity. The company previously purchased "Galaxy Jinxin" income certificate financial products from China Galaxy Securities, which have matured, recovering the principal of 50 million yuan and earning financial income of 138,100 yuan. As of the announcement date, in the past twelve months, 121 million yuan of idle raised funds have been used for cash management, with an unused quota of 9 million yuan, totaling a cash management quota of 130 million yuan
