FSE LIFESTYLE released its annual performance for the year ended June 30, 2025, with revenue of HKD 8.16 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 3.4%; profit attributable to shareholders of HKD 453 million, a year-on-year decrease of 9.6%; basic earnings per share of HKD 0.99, and a proposed final dividend of HKD 0.185 per share. The decrease in profit during the period was mainly due to a reduction in government subsidies and lower contributions from electromechanical engineering services, but the strong performance of integrated living services and property management services partially offset the decline. The group's net profit margin decreased from 5.9% to 5.6%
