According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Apex (603383.SH) has received notification from the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller Mr. Yan Mengyu and his spouse Ms. Zhao Lin, that the couple intends to donate 280,000 shares of Apex (accounting for 0.14% of the company's equity) indirectly held through Fuzhou Aipai Ke Electronics Co., Ltd.
