On September 11, 2025, Xintai Life disclosed a shareholding increase plan, intending to increase its holdings in Valin Steel by no less than 1% and no more than 2% of the total share capital within six months. From September 12 to 26, Xintai cumulatively increased its holdings by 69,086,346 shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 1% of the total share capital, raising its shareholding ratio from 6% to 7%, reaching an integer multiple of 1%. The funds for this increase come from traditional account insurance liability reserves
