# UniTTEC: Haina Co., Ltd.'s application for a directed stock issuance has received a letter of approval from the National Equities Exchange and Quotations

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, UniTTEC (000925.SZ) announced that its holding subsidiary, Zhejiang Haina Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Haina"), submitted the application documents for a targeted stock issuance to the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ) on September 19, 2025. After review, the NEEQ issued a letter of approval for the targeted stock issuance of Zhejiang Haina Semiconductor Co., Ltd. on September 26, 2025
