# Cybrid: Shareholder reduction in equity changes reaches 1%

On August 23, 2025, Cybrid disclosed a shareholder reduction plan, with concerted actors Suzhou Suyu and Suzhou Saiying intending to collectively reduce their holdings by no more than 5,762,400 shares. On September 26, the company announced that as of that date, Suzhou Suyu had reduced its shareholding ratio from 5.00% to 4.22% through centralized bidding and block trading; Suzhou Saiying had reduced its shareholding ratio from 0.27% to 0.20% through centralized bidding. The combined shareholding ratio of the two and their concerted actor, Suzhou High-tech Zone Fanyang Technology Development Co., Ltd., decreased from 31.78% to 30.93%, with the equity change reaching the 1% threshold. This reduction does not trigger a mandatory takeover offer and does not affect the controlling stake; the reduction plan has not yet been fully implemented
