# Sunrise Company: Plans to use its own funds of USD 110 million to increase capital for Hong Kong Sunrise

Sunrise Company announced that it will hold the 15th meeting of the fifth board of directors on September 26, 2025, to review and approve the proposal for increasing capital in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Sunrise Limited. The company plans to use its own funds of USD 110 million to increase the capital of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Sunrise Limited. After the capital increase is completed, the registered capital of Sunrise Limited will increase from USD 167 million to USD 277 million. The equity structure of Sunrise Limited will remain unchanged, and the company will still hold 100% of its shares. This capital increase aims to optimize the asset structure of Sunrise Limited, enhance its financial strength, and meet the funding needs for new external investments. This capital increase does not involve related party transactions and does not constitute a major asset reorganization
