# HIKING's stock will implement other risk warnings starting from September 30

> HIKING announced that due to the non-operational occupation of funds by related parties not being repaid and rectified within one month, in accordance with the "Shanghai Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules," starting from September 30, 2025, the company's stock will be subject to other risk warnings, and the stock abbreviation will be changed to "ST HIKING." Trading will be on the risk warning board, with a daily price fluctuation limit of 5%

According to the announcement from Xinhua Jin (600735.SH), the company has non-operational fund occupation by related parties that has not been settled and rectified within one month. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Shanghai Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules (Revised in April 2025)", the company's stock will be subject to other risk warnings. The company's stock will be suspended for one day on September 29, 2025, and from September 30, 2025, it will implement other risk warnings, with the A-share stock abbreviation changed to "ST Xinhua Jin". After the implementation of other risk warnings, the company's stock will trade on the risk warning board, with a daily price fluctuation limit of 5%
