# Weixing plans to grant 23 million restricted shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Weixing (002003.SZ) disclosed the draft of the sixth equity incentive plan, proposing to grant 23 million restricted shares (with the initial grant of 20 million restricted shares). The grant price (including reserves) is set at 5.22 yuan/share. This incentive plan is valid from the date the restricted shares are listed until the date all restrictions on the granted restricted shares are lifted or the shares are repurchased and canceled, with a maximum duration of no more than 65 months
