Ziyan Foods announced that one of the concerted actors of the actual controller, Ning Guoqin, of Suqi Enterprise Management Partnership, plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 5.435 million shares through block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement, accounting for 1.3143% of the company's total share capital. The reason for this reduction is the personal asset planning of the actual controller, and the reduction price will be determined based on market prices. This reduction will not lead to a change in the actual controller of the company, and the reducing party has strictly fulfilled relevant commitments, with no violations of commitments
