Ziyan Foods announced that its shareholder and actual controller's concerted actor, Shanghai Huaiyan, intends to transfer its indirectly held 2.8346 million shares to Cao Pengbo and Cui Junfeng for direct ownership through block trading within three months after the announcement date, starting from 15 trading days later. The aforementioned shares account for 0.6855% of the company's total share capital; after the transaction, the actual controller and concerted actors will hold a total of 325 million shares, accounting for 78.5734%, and the company's control will remain unchanged
