# Henan ACHT has completed the acquisition of 100% equity of Henan High Purity Minerals with industrial and commercial changes

On September 16, 2025, Henan AnCai GaoKe Co., Ltd. held the 28th meeting of the 8th Board of Directors, reviewing and approving the acquisition of 100% equity of Henan GaoChun Mineral Technology Co., Ltd. held by Luoning Zhongtianli through a non-public agreement transfer with self-raised funds of 15.0112 million yuan. Recently, the company has completed the industrial and commercial change registration for this equity transaction. After the change is completed, Henan GaoChun Mineral will become its wholly-owned subsidiary and be included in the consolidated financial statements. The company will disclose the subsequent progress of related party transactions in a timely manner as required, reminding investors to invest rationally and pay attention to risks
