According to the announcement from Windyuzhu (603466.SH), Ms. Xin Haoying will reduce her shareholding by no more than 5.9478 million shares, which is no more than 1% of the company's total share capital, within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement through centralized bidding transactions; and will reduce her shareholding by no more than 11.8957 million shares, which is no more than 2% of the company's total share capital, through block trading
