# SHENGHUA LANDE: Chipwise and Cloud (Hong Kong) received valid acceptance of a total of 70,000 H shares under the H share offer

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SHENGHUA LANDE (08106) and the offeror, Chip Cloud Intelligence and Chip Hua and Cloud (Hong Kong), jointly announced that on September 26, 2025 (Friday) at 4:00 PM (the final time and date for acceptance by the offeror as stated in the comprehensive document): Chip Hua and Cloud (Hong Kong) has received valid acceptances of a total of 70,000 H shares under the H share offer (accepted H shares), accounting for approximately 0.01% of the total issued shares of SHENGHUA LANDE as of the date of this joint announcement; and Chip Cloud Intelligence has not received any valid acceptances of domestic shares under the domestic share offer
