# CETEC signed a total contract of 2.392 billion yuan

According to the announcement from CETEC (603698.SH), the company, as the general contractor/leading party of the consortium, intends to sign the "EPC Contract for the Construction of the Gasification Unit of the 15 million tons/year Coal Quality Clean and Efficient Conversion Demonstration Project for Olefins, Aromatics, and Deep Processing Phase II, Stage I of Shaanxi Coal Group Yulin Chemical Co., Ltd." (hereinafter referred to as Shaanxi Coal Yulin Chemical or the owner), with a total contract amount of 2.392 billion yuan.

This contract is a routine trading contract for the company, with the contract amount accounting for more than 50% of the company's audited main business income for the most recent accounting year, and the absolute amount exceeding 500 million yuan. The signing and smooth implementation of the contract will further enhance and consolidate the company's market competitiveness and market share, and will have a positive impact on the company's operating performance
