# JINGU: Sun Jinguo and Sun Liqun collectively reduced their holdings by 3.20%

JINGU announced that the company's shareholders Sun Jinguo and Sun Liqun transferred 31.8502 million shares of the company, accounting for 3.20% of the total share capital, to the Hangzhou listed company Stable Development Guidance Fund Partnership through a non-trading transfer. The transfer price was RMB 10.66 per share, with a total price of RMB 339 million. After this equity change, Sun Jinguo holds 39.8248 million shares of the company, accounting for 4.00% of the total share capital; Sun Liqun no longer holds any shares of the company. Sun Fengfeng holds 100 million shares of the company, with a shareholding ratio of 10.09%; SHUHONG SUN holds 3.8 million shares of the company, with a shareholding ratio of 0.38%. This equity change will not lead to a change in the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller
