HAERS announced that from the first repurchase date of September 2, 2025, to September 26, 2025, it repurchased 4.8456 million shares of the company through a dedicated securities account for share repurchase via centralized bidding, accounting for approximately 1.04% of the company's total share capital. The highest transaction price was RMB 8.41 per share, and the lowest price was RMB 7.69 per share, with a total payment of RMB 38.9859 million.
