# HAERS: The concerted party of the controlling shareholder increased its stake by 0.16% and completed the transaction

HAERS announced that the company's controlling shareholder's concerted actors, Lü Lizhen and Ouyang Bo, plan to increase their holdings by an amount ranging from 6 million to 12 million yuan within six months starting from April 9, 2025. As of the announcement date, the two have collectively increased their holdings by 765,000 shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.16% of the company's total share capital, with a total expenditure of 6.0218 million yuan. Among them, Lü Lizhen increased her holdings by 515,000 shares, and Ouyang Bo increased his holdings by 250,000 shares. This increase plan has been completed
