According to the Zhitong Finance APP, INTSIG (688615.SH) announced that its shareholders holding more than 5% of the shares, Dongfang Fuhai and Dongfang Fuhai No. 2, plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by no more than 4.2 million shares, which is no more than 3% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding or block trading due to their own funding needs. The reduction period will be within 3 months starting from 15 trading days after the announcement is disclosed
