LSPG announced that from July 30, 2025, to September 25, 2025, shareholder Shantou Yinkang Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership reduced its holdings in the company by a total of 1.8841 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading, accounting for 1.1775625% of the company's total share capital. After this equity change, the controlling shareholder Guangdong Jino Health Technology Co., Ltd. and its concerted parties collectively hold 87.9774 million shares of the company, accounting for 54.9858875% of the company's total share capital
