# Wondertek plans to invest 30 million yuan to participate in the subscription of future industry fund shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Wondertek (603189.SH) announced that the company plans to participate as a limited partner with Hefei Comprehensive Science Center Energy Research Institute Co., Ltd. and other partners to jointly invest in the subscription of shares in the National Science and Technology Energy Research Institute Xingfu Future Private Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) (subject to actual business registration, referred to as "Future Industry Fund"). Among them, Wondertek will participate in the subscription of fund shares as a limited partner with its own funds of RMB 30 million, accounting for 60% of the partnership's shares.

The fund is jointly established by the general partner Xingfu Investment Management Co., Ltd. and other limited partners, with a total raised scale of RMB 50 million. The investment method is primarily equity investment, mainly investing in early and growth-stage projects in the nuclear fusion industry chain where the Hefei Comprehensive National Science Center Energy Research Institute (Anhui Province Energy Laboratory) (referred to as "Energy Institute") is located; it will also allocate to mature projects in the nuclear fusion industry chain
