According to the announcement from DCWT (03768), Ms. Lian Zhaoju has been appointed as an executive director, effective from September 26, 2025; Ms. Gao Yuan has been appointed as a non-executive director, effective from September 26, 2025; Dr. Chen Haohua has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, effective from September 26, 2025.

Dr. Chen Haohua has been appointed as the chairman of the remuneration and assessment committee, a member of the audit committee, and a member of the nomination committee, effective from September 26, 2025
