# Yusys Technologies plans to launch the second phase of its employee stock ownership plan in 2025, with an expected scale not exceeding 4.5732 million shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Yusys Technologies (300674.SZ) disclosed the draft of the second phase of its employee stock ownership plan for 2025. The total number of shares to be acquired under the employee stock ownership plan shall not exceed 4.5732 million shares, with the acquisition price for the shares held by the company's repurchase special securities account set at 12.94 yuan/share. At the time of initial establishment, the total number of participants in this employee stock ownership plan shall not exceed 90, including 2 senior management personnel. The duration of this employee stock ownership plan is 36 months, starting from the date of the company's announcement of the transfer of the last batch of target stocks to the name of this employee stock ownership plan
